I strive to provide my players with a positive experience with lessons for on and off the field, through structure, skill building, discipline, team building, encouragement, water cooler lessons and above all a good time.  My job is to assist each player to reach God given potential on and off the field.  I expect respect and good sportsmanship.  Winning games naturally follows.
